  2. Orders can be cancelled only within 24hrs after placing the order or before the order confirmation. You can call us as well as you gave email us your confirmation of cancellation on your order.
  3. There are no hidden charges however there can be extra charge for overnight shipments or for custom over sizes.
  4. We request you to provide us accurate sizing information so that the product is made accordingly.
  5. Refunds are allowed  in case of wrong product delivery or delay in shipments. If the product is delivered damaged we will investigate and we will either provide you refund/ exchange or resend the new product. You need to contact us within 24 business hours after you receive your order.
  6. If your order is more than one product then you need to accept the complete order as we do not practice of returning the goods if in case you dislike one of them.
  7. Color of the products which you receive may sometimes vary due to the screen monitor resolution. No refunds allowed in such cases however we assure that if there is huge difference then we will help you to getting the correct one.
  8. We understand that the product and content described on the website is for your personal use and the designs differ from others. So we request you not to compare the products with the other designs if any. No refund allowed for the same.
  9. Cancellation can be requested within 48 hours of the order placed. Refund will be done through online mode . Return can be requested within 24 hours of the order received. Refunds processed and amount refunded within 7 working days or before.
